The LED Recessed Downlight CHANGY-B is a modern renovation downlight for dry indoor areas. With a power consumption of 27W and a warm white light color, it offers high energy efficiency. It features a TriZone lens for directed and glare-free light, as well as an invisible diffuser for a side Nimbus light effect.

Technical Details

The downlight has an energy consumption of 27kWh/1,000h and a light output of 112lm/W. The color rendering index is over 80Ra and the color rendering grade is 1B. With a beam angle of 85°, it provides uniform light distribution. Installation is done through a Ø 22.9cm cutout for circular shape and L 57cm x W 33.9cm for rectangular shape.

Connection and Control

The LED Downlight CHANGY-B is operated by an external driver that is connected primarily. It is DALI2 switchable and can thus be integrated into digital building automation systems. Additionally, it is suitable for IoT applications and offers color consistency (MacAdam) of 3 SDCM for low color tolerance.

Installation and Accessories

The downlight is installed into the ceiling with clip springs and comes with a 50cm long connection cable. The driver is included in the delivery, while a controller is optional. Installation is done in cutout ceilings (AD) or panel ceilings (PD) with a maximum material thickness of 2.5cm. The size of the downlight is Ø 24.6cm x 11.7cm.

Safety and Environmental Friendliness

The LED Recessed Downlight CHANGY-B has a color rendering index of over 80Ra and a mean lamp lifespan of 100,000 hours (L80/B10). With an IP protection rating of IP40, it is protected against dust and offers high safety in indoor areas. With an energy efficiency class of D, it is also environmentally friendly and sustainable in operation.
