The LED recessed downlight CHANGY-B is a modern retrofit downlight for dry indoor areas. It provides directed and glare-free light thanks to new lighting techniques, such as the 85° single lens/TriZone optic, developed with the YASMEEN lens. Additionally, it features an invisible glare ring in the trim for a side Nimbus light effect.

Technical details and energy efficiency

The downlight has a power consumption of 19.2 to 27.1 watts and a light output of 112-121lm/W. The light color is warm white with a light output of 2300 to 3000lm. It has an energy efficiency class D and an energy consumption of 28kWh/1,000 h. The color rendering index is >80Ra and the color rendering grade is 1B.

Installation and area of use

The downlight is used for recessed installation in ceiling systems, such as cut-out ceilings (AD) or panel ceilings (PD). It is suitable for indoor use and can be operated in ambient temperatures up to 25°C. The installation opening for the circle is Ø 22.9cm and for the rectangle 57cm x 33.9cm.

Additional information and accessories

The downlight features a switchable 85° ETM Multipower version with DIP switch for adjusting power consumption and light output. The color consistency (MacAdam) is 3 SDCM, which means a very low tolerance of color variations when using multiple luminaires of the same type. The package includes connection cables, clip springs, DIP switches, and drivers.

The LED recessed downlight CHANGY-B has a round shape and is made of die-cast aluminum. It has a total diameter/height of 24.6/11.7 cm and a visible part diameter/height of 24.6/0.65 cm. The minimum material thickness is 1 cm and the maximum material thickness is 2.5 cm. The driver has dimensions of 14.4/4.3/3 cm.
