The LED Recessed Panel AREO VariFit ON-OFF is a flexible and switchable solution for general lighting in your home. With continuously adjustable clamping springs (VariFit), it can be easily installed in cavity ceiling cutouts from Ø 5cm to 14cm. Thanks to the IP44 splash protection, it is perfect for installation in a bathroom or kitchen.

Technical Details

The square LED panel has dimensions of 17.5 x 17.5 x 2.6 cm and a visible part of 17.5 x 17.5 x 1.2 cm. It has a power consumption of 15W, a luminous flux of 1200lm, and an average lamp lifespan of 30000 hours. With a neutral white light color and a color rendering index of > 80Ra, it provides a pleasant and uniform surface light.

Installation and Application

The panel is installed by recessing and can be directly connected to 230V AC mains voltage. The installation depth varies depending on the installation diameter and ranges between 45mm and 70mm. It is suitable for ceiling thicknesses from 10mm to 20mm, and the recommended light point distance is more than 20cm.

Additional Information

This LED Recessed Panel is part of the Paulmann brand and comes with an external, switchable LED driver. It is not dimmable, and the LED cannot be replaced. The lightweight construction made of easy-to-care-for plastic makes it durable and easy to install.
