The LED surface-mounted luminaire DECKO FLAT from MEGATRON is a cylindrical, flat surface luminaire for indoor use, wet areas, and protected outdoor areas. It has a total diameter of 35 cm and a height of 9.6 cm. The light emission diameter is 35 cm with a height of 7.7 cm. The luminaire has a diameter of 30 cm and provides a flat, homogeneous light output.

Technical data and characteristics

The DECKO FLAT surface-mounted luminaire has a protection class of 1 and an IP protection rating of IP54. It features through-wiring for the installation of multiple luminaires in a row. The color rendering index ranges between 80 and 89Ra, ensuring good color rendering. The power consumption is either 9.5 or 14 watts, with a light output of 100lm/W. With an energy consumption of 14kWh/1,000 h, the luminaire is also energy-efficient.

Light color and dimmability

The DECKO FLAT surface-mounted luminaire offers the possibility to choose between warm white and neutral white light. The light color is adjustable in steps. The light output varies depending on the selected color temperature and power consumption between 910 and 1400 lm. The luminaire has a beam angle of 120°, allowing for a wide area illumination.

Accessories and installation

The DECKO FLAT surface-mounted luminaire includes the light source and the driver in the scope of delivery. Optionally, the luminaire can be retrofitted with a suitable emergency light module and a high-frequency motion sensor. The installation is done by surface mounting and the mains connection is made via a push-in terminal. The high-quality acrylic cover is resistant to yellowing and easy to attach. The luminaire is suitable for both AC and DC voltage.

Additional information and applications

The DECKO FLAT surface-mounted luminaire provides flicker-free light and instant full light output. It is IK03 protected against accidents and vandalism. With an optional emergency power module, the luminaire can be used as a single-battery luminaire according to DIN EN 60598-2-22. The luminaire is Master/Slave compatible for linking luminaires, with or without motion sensors. With an average lamp life of 50,000 hours, the DECKO FLAT surface-mounted luminaire is durable and reliable.
